Step ONE – Crate Training: The first step in the process is training. We ensure that our puppies have at least basic crate training. As early as six weeks, we begin incorporating crate trains in to their schedules to get them ready if need be. You puppy is guaranteed to be crate trained and accommodated to their travel crate. This helps reduce stress and anxiety during transit. If a dog is not ready to be transported we will let you know!

Step TWO – Booking: Once you have selected your puppy, you will need to reserve and then sign the transfer of ownership  with the breeder then choose the shipping date. 

Step THREE – Health Check and Preparation: CONGRATULATIONS! you have paid for and secured your dog at this point. Preparations for travel are then to be made. A veterinarian will conduct a thorough health check on the puppy to ensure they are fit for travel and ensure they are fully healthy as you will be given a one year health guarantee. This includes checking for any underlying health issues and ensuring all vaccinations are up to date. Don’t worry, this is just protocol as we like to be thorough.

 Step FOUR – Travel Arrangements: Our chosen travel service will make all necessary travel arrangements, including booking a flight and assigning a nanny. Yes! A nanny. A flight nanny will be assigned to travel with the dog to your local airport or to your home address. At this point you must have decided which is more convenient for you  They will also ensure that the puppy is provided with food, water and is cared for throughout the for the journey.
